You can add a user anytime by going into your Company Admin account. Selecting the Change Request link in the navigation menu and sent the request. We will then contact you to add a user. An administrator in our system is a “Coordinator” user. You can add this user by going into your account. Selecting the Change Request link in the navigation menu and sent the request. If you have the Project function available, your Company admin account will be able to add a project and also assign the required users to that project. In “Company Admin” account, select “Projects” then “Add Project”. Follow the simple steps such as Project name, Address, select the user for that project and then Activate. That’s all.

A Notifiable User is a person that you want to keep informed about the forms that are submitted. They don’t have to be part of the business but maybe you need them to be aware of certain events that happen on the site. For example, if you have a Project Manager that want to be notified when an Incident Report is made. They will automatically be copied on the email.
Each user type can search for the forms that have been submitted. Each of their user areas have the “Search Form” link in the navigation menu. Click on this and you can select the information from the drop down menus, depending on the Project, User and type of form. You will then have a list of forms available for you to view, print or download.
Yes you can. In the company admin area, select on “Add Logo” and follow the steps. Make sure your logo follows the following criteria. Allowed extensions are.jpg, .jpeg and Logo size should be bigger than 200px x 113x approx. and less than 1000px x 600px.
The Dashboard has the most information in one place. It shows all the forms that have been submitted, how many users on the system, how many of each type of form submitted, and much more information. The dashboard give you a snapshot of your whole business on one page.
